St George’s Lent Appeal for West Berkshire Foodbank and Newbury Soup Kitchen.

Please join this special Lent appeal by bringing extra items to the Foodbank collection point at St George’s. Special collecting boxes will be on display in the lobby – let’s aim to fill each one!

Week One – beginning 26 February

Household cleaning products (not washing up liquid)

Week Two – beginning 5 March

Personal care items e.g. deodorant, toothpaste, sanitary items

Week Three – beginning 12 March

Long-life fruit juice, tinned fruit, long-life sponge puddings

Week four – beginning 19 March

Pot Noodles, instant coffee, orange squash

Week Five – Sunday 26th March

Money – donations will be invited on the Fifth Sunday in Lent
