Weekly Worship in the Benefice

We are finding many people are – understandably – very stressed at this time, and many are thinking about spirituality, contemplation and life’s biggest challenges. If you are not familiar with, or used to church, then please know that you would be very welcome to join us for any of the services or discussions..
St George’s holds two services each Sunday:
8.00am – said Holy Communion
9.30am – Parish Communion, including singing of hymns. Children’s groups meet during this service during term time.
St John’s holds two services each Sunday.
8.30am – said Holy Communion
10.0am – Parish Communion, including singing of hymns.
St Michael and All Angel’s, Enborne holds two services each month. Details of these can be found in our weekly newsletter here.
Online Sunday service
Our recorded Benefice service is available each Sunday from 10am via our YouTube channel tiny.cc/stg-stj.
Morning Prayer takes place at 8.50am on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in St George’s Church and on Wednesday in St John’s Church.
Midday Eucharist at 12.30pm on Tuesday at St John’s and Holy Communion at 2pm on Thursday at St George’s.
At certain parts of the year we host discussions on many topics. Details are available from the office.
Open Church for Personal Prayer
St George’s Church is open for individual prayer and contemplation on Tuesday to Saturday from 9.30am – 2.30pm and for services on Sundays.
St John’s Church is open for Space to Be on Wednesday 11am to 1pm, a combination of friendly catch-up and silent prayer – including Midday Prayers. Tea and Coffee is served. The church is also often open on other days during the week.
St Michael and All Angels Church is open every day in daylight hours.
