Good news for the South Newbury benefice

The Pastoral Scheme to transfer the parish of St Michael and All Angels Enborne into this benefice was made by the Church Commissioners on 29th April 2024 and came into effect on 1st May. The official name of the new benefice is The Benefice of South Newbury Saint George, Saint John and Saint Michael. This will celebrated with a joint service and party on Sunday 29th September (the Feast of St Michael and All Angels) – be sure to put the date in your diary.
