Night prayer during Lent

There will be evening services held across the South Newbury benefice this Lent, all beginning at 7.30pm and starting on Tuesday 27th February at St George’s, Wash Common. The following Tuesday 5th March will be at St John’s, Newbury and then St Michael’s, Enborne on 12th March. These services offer an opportunity to come together in this season of Lent for quiet, reflective worship using the ancient and beautiful structure of Compline (Night Prayer).
