Coronation Big Lunch at St George’s

All are welcome at St George’s Hall to mark the coronation of King Charles III with a Big Lunch. One highlight will be a competition to create a cake fit for a King and Queen. Following the judging, these will be shared with everyone to round off the afternoon. Appearance will be important, but so will taste with ideas along the lines of King Charles’ favourite – a fruit cake, or a decadent red velvet to pick out colours from the Union Flag.
