‘Warm Spaces’ in both our churches

Both St George’s and St John’s churches are responding to the cost of living situation in our communities, and seeking to invite people into warm and welcoming places to meet one another.

St George’s Church has opened a Welcome Café, offering complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits to anyone who would like a warm and friendly place to come. The café open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, from 9am – 12noon in the church building. All are assured of a warm welcome.

St John’s Church is holding a Warm & Wonderful Soup Lunch. Every Friday 12 noon-1.30pm. All are welcome to join this free community meal. Held in St John’s Parish Room.
