The Monday Meet – Reflections on Oberammergau

The next meeting of The Monday Meet will take place on Monday, 17th October, 8pm for 8.30pm start, at The Bowlers Arms, featuring a presentation entitled Reflections on Oberammergau. The Oberammergau Passion Play has been performed every 10 years from 1634 to 1674 and each decadal year since 1680 by the inhabitants of the village of Oberammergau, Bavaria, Germany. Due to the pandemic, the 2020 performance was rescheduled to this year. Intrepid travellers to this year’s Oberammergau Passion Play will share their experiences of the trip.
