Presentation at St George’s

On Sunday 30th January, Josie, one of the the younger members of St George’s Choir, was presented with a RSCM medal for completing the first of four Voice for Life workbooks. Josie had been encouraged and prepared by Elizabeth, another young member of the choir. After so many months when the choir could not meet or sing during services, it is wonderful to see such a large number of people coming back under the leadership of our new Director of Music, John Kane. With such a strong musical tradition at both St George’s and St John’s, both choirs are always keen to welcome new members.
